My sister's ex boyfriend randomly developed a secret grudge against me. Found him walking out of my room and when I went to turn on my computer found it full of coca cola, no overturned coke to be found. Asshole still claims innocence

I don't know how any of this stuff work, but can you put the PC in a safe place like a cupboard/cabibet or even cover it fully/partially to keep it safe from spillage instead?

That part of the reason i have mine under my desk rather than to the side. You can never to be careful, especially with kids or pets nearby.
