Have you asked to go outside and walk? They can’t refuse. You are in charge of yourself and have the right to get fresh air & sunshine. It is vital. You are right there if you need them. Back in the day they put hospital beds on rooftops for benefits of sunshine.

Download the calm app or a faith based one. You can listen to it all night or set the timer. I use the ear buds with cords because they are safer. The stress of people coming and going every hour is insane - make sure you get a couple of hours twice a day and sleep during the night, ask Alessio to talk to the staff.

ASK STAFF if you can go get fresh. Air in wheelchair. They usually will make a way. It helps so much!
