Why are we only focusing on time stamps on End Game? They could be from any of the movies that feature these characters, eg for the Cap trailer code, it could be from any of the Cap movies, etc.

The timeline that loki escapes from is the same timeline with the ancient one scene,
The TVA pruned that timeline, so technically, it would have been impossible for Steve to return the time stone and mind stone

The power stone, the soul stone, and the time Stone were easy to return. The other three were nearly impossible to return in a way that preserves the timeline. Those three inevitably instigated alternate timelines in addition to the one that Steve himself started by staying in the past with Peggy.
