Amazing astonishing how the masses (disappointed in you, now you are the masses) are more concerned with FATS than carbohydrates. Carbs turns in to sugar turns in glycogen just not to work out as much. Lo carb in the way to go. Fats turns into hormones where as sugar/ carbs is not needed and kills.

Dude. I realize the older I get that my dad was so rad growing up. He taught me HOW to eat. Nothing was off limits, but as an adult, I don’t have issues with food. At all. Ps. Dad was a bodybuilder too 🙌🏿
