When i was a kid, I "lied" to get out of going to school. My mom made me go to the doctor since she had to miss work also. Turns out i actually had bronchitis. Caught it before i had any major symptoms but obviously missed a few more days after that 😅

Yeah, everybody needs to look up the side effects for untreated strep throat. If my kids have a sore throat accompanied with a couple other things, they are minimum get swabbed.
