When thinking about distopian skyscrapers I think about Amegakure from Naruto. Always raining, a lot of pipes, every building shooting out clouds of smoke.

Holy.. you bob rossed those mud bricks! The whole time I was like "nah, everytging looks so nice but those mudbricks are just to contrasty, and then at the half point of the video you just somehow made it connect and pulled it off :D
(though I'm still not a fan of the ladders, can't win them all)

Looks good, as a recommendation, building two, the red one, you could incorporate some red nether brick, its brighter and should vibe with the rest of your pallette. Looking better at street level than Nether rack too.
