9:28 how it is possible that if emergency breaks of the ellevetors are off and the elevator had stopped ? it doesn't make any scence. and if the plance hit the building, it does make some of scence that elevetor stop working because the power supply are cut off.

From physics we know for sure that buildings NEVER FREE FALL by themselves... unless their whole structure is blasted away at the same time, so the structure CAN COLLAPSE FREE FALL.
