It also would've been great to activate private DNS that blocks ads. It's available on android phone settings.

Yeah, my mom has been in this kind of sh** 😂. You just need to delete the app that's causing the ads popping up.

For me it was games. There were apps on the play store which were called "(insert game name) launcher". Children would download them thinking they're a game. My little brother has downloaded two of these. I fixed it both times because thankfully it wasn't that hard. I just figured it out on my own.…
